225g (8oz) biscuits
115g (4oz) butter
30ml (2tbsp) syrup
180g (6oz) chocolate
30g (1oz) chopped nuts
2. Crush the biscuits.
3. Put butter in a saucepan with the syrup and melt.
4. Melt 90g (3oz) of chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water.
4. Add to syrup and butter in saucepan, mix in crushed biscuits.
5. Press mixture into tin and put in fridge until set
6. Melt rest of the chocolate and pour over the biscuit mixture, sprinkle with nuts and pop back in fridge until chocolate is set.
